The main purpose of this post is just blab about what amazing food i made the other night:

Middle Eastern Style Meatballs with Couscous

I got the recipe from here, but I ended up modifying it a little bit. I added 1.5 times as much pepper and cinnamon and added onions and garlic to the meatballs. Let me tell you, DELICIOUS. I also added a cup and a half of peas and a cup of cooked carrots to the couscous. The only little issue I had were the carrots: they were not soft enough. and I wish I had used zucchini.
